Threading
Threading is the procedure of removing unwanted facial hair using a thin (cotton or polyester) thread. The thread is doubled and twisted then rolled over areas of unwanted hair, plucking the hair at the follicle level. Unlike tweezing, where single hairs are pulled out one at a time, threading can remove short rows of hair. It is a quick and easy procedure.
Threading is often preferred for eyebrows because it provides a precise shape and can remove even fine hairs. It’s considered a more natural option compared to waxing, as it is less irritating for the skin, however we perform threading on the full face as well.
